What About Fees?
At Jericho Counselling we believe that our fees should be fair and reflect the professional level of the counselling services that clients receive. As part of this we have carefully considered the costs of providing counselling services in the Burnaby and Vancouver area as well as the costs of other comparable service providers. We also believe that the fees should reflect flexibility so that as many clients as possible are able to afford the counselling services we provide.
All of our fees are in accordance with the recommended fee guidelines set forth by the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors. We also offer a sliding fee scale with our Registered Therapists, as well as the services of Graduate Intern Counsellors in an effort to make our counselling services affordable to as many clients as possible.
Our fees also include the full service of our administration team who are available to answer phone calls, respond to emails, assist with completing insurance requests, or anything else that may make the overall process as easy as possible.

How Do I Make Payment?
Payment is required in advance of the first booked counselling appointment as well as at the conclusion of all counselling sessions. For your convenience, Jericho Counsellors are able to accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Interac, and cash in payment for all sessions. Upon request, we also invoice, in advance, via PayPal which can be helpful to many people.
