Ray strongly believes in the power of patience, commitment, and the value of focusing more on the journey rather than just the destination. He also understands the value of both the victories and the hardships in the lives of people as these experiences can provide the context for the drive to pursue inner work and personal growth.
Drawing on the theories of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Ray embeds a client-centred approach into everything he does. Ray has experience supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, anger management, conflict resolution, personal growth, performance challenges, and many other problems. His more specialized interests include working closely with couples and families and their unique relationship challenges including communication, depression, trauma, life transformations as well as relationship patterns and anxiety.
