Jess is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from the University of British Columbia. She brings experience working with individuals of all ages, including adolescents and families.
Jess approaches her counselling practice on empowering clients as they navigate the journey of self-discovery, exploration, and positive change. She uses a variety of techniques and interventions from approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Feminist Theory, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and maintains a very client-centred practice. She enjoys supporting clients with diverse concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, self-harm, relationships, anger management, identity concerns, major life transitions, and more.

|Jess works at Vancouver (West Broadway) Office & Downtown Vancouver Office|
When working with adolescents, Jess makes every effort to engage the parents/family to offer the most comprehensive support possible as young people work through life challenges.
Jess believes that counselling is a very collaborative process: the client is the expert of their own experience, and the counsellor acts as a guide and facilitator of the client’s process. She aims to work closely with her clients to engage in a counselling experience that is safe, comfortable, and effective, and strives to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Jess provides counselling services in English.
